How do I return a product to Mi Nutrition?

To start a return, email dcriswell@minutritionstores.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

What is Mi Nutrition’s return policy for supplements?

We accept returns on unused, unopened supplements with the original seal intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Can I return protein powder if I opened it?

No. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened protein powders or supplements, even if only partially used.

How long do I have to request a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:


  • The item was damaged

  • The item was defective

  • You received the wrong product

In those cases, Mi Nutrition will cover the return shipping

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

Refund delays can happen due to:


  • Bank processing times

  • Credit card provider delays

What if my order arrived damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, return the eligible item and place a new order.

What items are not eligible for return?

We do not accept returns for:


  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products without original seals

  • Items not in original packaging
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address:


  • You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package
