Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Mi Nutrition is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

Shipping&Returns FAQ
To start a return, email dcriswell@minutritionstores.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
We accept returns on unused, unopened supplements with the original seal intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned.
No. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened protein powders or supplements, even if only partially used.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item was damaged
The item was defective
You received the wrong product
In those cases, Mi Nutrition will cover the return shipping
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
